graduated from Marlboro High School in 2013 where I was a varsity Track and Field athlete and captain. I held four school relay records and two district relay records. I was named Marlboro High School Athlete of the Year in 2013 and I was a repeat New Jersey county, shore, regional, and state champion in the 100 meter and 200 meter dash. I continued my athletic career as a scholarship D1 athlete at Monmouth University where I was a short- sprinter and javelin thrower. I graduated Monmouth University in 2017 and immediately went on to become a junior high cross country assistant coach, head high school winter Track and Field coach, head junior high spring Track and Field coach and an assistant high school spring Track and Field coach. I specialize in sprints, relays, starts and strength and conditioning specific to Track and Field athletes. I am currently Claremore’s junior high head cross country coach as well as an assistant junior high and high school Track and Field coach.

Is from Elgin, Ok where I graduated from high school in 2009. I then went on to graduate from Oklahoma State University in 2015 with a degree in Fisheries and Aquatic Management. I then worked as an Assistant Golf Professional in Dallas and later Broken Arrow. I joined the Zebra family in 2021 as a Teacher/Coach. I love all sports but have a passion for basketball, baseball, and golf.
