Children sometimes feel like no one cares and having a teacher in their life they can trust is huge. I got my degree in Early Childhood Education but God led me to teach Special Education. When I see students who struggle everyday and they finally get what I am teaching, it is an amazing experience. I have been married and in education for 21 years. In Mr. Peters Music class students learned about the different parts of the ukulele and how to read chord charts. Ukuleles are mostly known for playing Hawaiian music. The students are working on the song "Someone to Lava" from the Disney short "Lava" The Ukuleles were donated by an anonymous donor.

#CPSTechTipTuesday will demonstrate how to convert an Adobe PDF document to an editable Microsoft Word document.
PDF documents are great for sending files to individuals and keeping the formatting consistent. However, a downfall is that you cannot edit the file. Using Microsoft Word, you can open a PDF document and edit it as needed.

Mrs. Devers 2nd grade class uses Whole Body Movement to learn their spelling words. They spell each word by making the shape of each letter with their body. This helps meet the needs of all the learning styles.
