We have supported students & employees with Lymphoma, Prostate Cancer, Leukemia, Ewings Sarcoma, Breast Cancer, & Pancreatic Cancer in our elementary schools, our junior high, and our high school. We have experienced this disease as a family district-wide. This is why our theme this year is "THEIR FIGHT IS OUR FIGHT" because family takes care of family. Roosa Staff Spotlight - Mrs. Mann, 2nd Grade Teacher - I graduated from Oklahoma State University-Go Pokes!! I have been married for 18 years. I have a 14 year old son named Teegan and a 10 year old daughter named Brighten. I have taught for 18 years here in Claremore. I absolutely love my job and feel so blessed to work with such amazing young minds. My heart grows every year with the love I have for my students. They constantly inspire me to be the best person I can be. I am addicted to Pinterest and love cute holiday shirts! I mean, one can never have too many Christmas shirts! Roosa celebrated Read Across America Week with different dress up days every day of the week. The end of the week was celebrated with Book Character day. Students and staff dressed up as their favorite book character.
