Mrs. Mann’s 2nd grade class had a fun activity! Students had two minutes to draw a picture while hiding their sight words in the picture! Then they switched with a partner and found the “hidden” sight words! Total hidden picture vibes! #CPSZEBRAPRIDE

#ROOSASTAFFSPOTLIGHT - Mrs. Aaron Collier, Math RTI - I graduated from Alvarado High School in Texas and Math was my favorite subject. I always wanted to be a teacher. I am excited to get to embark on my teaching career as the new Math Interventionist at Roosa. 📚Books! Books! Books! 📚 So many books in the library! The library is a place where students can choose books from different genres. Learning about places far and near can be found by turning the pages of a book! 1st graders stopped by the library to choose their favorite library book. Reading is a great way to ignite creativity and sparks curiosity! Set a good example and read a book to your child. #CPSZEBRAPRIDE
