"Why Claremont?"
Claremont welcomed me as a first year teacher, the community support that I have received and felt since I first walked through the doors has made my transition into this year great!
"What are you most excited about this year?"
I am excited to grow with my Kindergarten students this year! This being my first year teaching I am excited to learn from all my peers teaching strategies and all the fun things that they include in their own classroom. I can’t wait to watch my own students grow and learn throughout the year!

Pre-K students receive an assessment at the beginning of the year. This helps our Pre-K teacher, Mrs. Camber, to know what students already know, and what they need to learn. This is an excellent way to gauge where she needs to begin teaching so students stay interested and engaged.
