After the tornado, one of our top priorities was making sure our students were fed. This is no small undertaking, but thanks to Janna Ragland with Claremore Public Schools Child Nutrition and Mr. Mudd, our children have not gone without. Their planning and willingness to serve their school and community are not only appreciated but a gift to our Claremont district. Thank you, Mr. Mudd, Mrs. Ragland, and the many other volunteers who cooked, served, and drove so that these families could be fed. #CPSZEBRAPRIDE #ClaremoreStrong

Claremore Strong... that is something we have heard a lot lately, and it is absolutely true. We are resilient, courageous, and in this together. During our times of need, it becomes more apparent that it takes a village to keep things going. We would like to take a moment to thank our Claremont PTO, Walmart, and the CHS Athletic Department for their help in pulling a few things together at the end of the school year. Zebra Stripes Summer Camp The Zebra Stripes Summer Day Care Program is held during the summer season. Our program focuses on providing exceptional care for kindergarten through fifth grade. (Pre-K enrolment is accepted on a case-by-case basis.) The program will offer age-appropriate activities to provide the children with social, emotional, and physical development. What a week we've all had. It made our Zebra hearts smile to see and connect with our Claremont families. Several teachers caught the Zebra Eats bus to check in on their students as they delivered lunches. The mobile deliveries will continue this week. Zebra Eats... lunch delivery is for anyone 18 years and under. The Zebra bus will pass out lunch starting at 11:30 AM on the corner of 10th and Choctaw and will travel up and down each block between Choctaw and Dorothy across Hwy 20. The bus will stop at the end of each block. This is part of our federal seamless summer lunch program. You do not have to attend CPS. Pirate Day!! Mrs. Rahe's 1st-grade class went on an exciting adventure! They used a map and followed the directions to find the hidden treasure. X marks the spot, so they knew they were in the right place! It was a fun way to end their school year! #CPSZEBRAPRIDE

They were all smiles as they performed and were excited to share the 8 Expectations, which they knew by memory! Mrs. Keener and the Claremont Choir recently made a special visit to the Brookdale Senior Living Center. They performed a concert for the residents and brought smiles to everyone in attendance! Great job, Choir! #CPSZEBRAPRIDE
