On Friday July 17, Mr. Frazier sent out a video and a powerpoint containing the details of the 3 options for starting school in August. With school starting in less than a month, it is vital for us to know your choice: traditional, virtual, or hybrid. You are allowed to change your decision, but we need to know what you would choose at this time. I am emailing and texting the link to the form along with the powerpoint and video.
Brief description of the options:
Traditional: This will be in class Mon-Thurs and Distance learning from home with their teachers on Fridays.
Virtual School: This will be totally online with instruction powered by Edgenuity. A CPS certified teacher will be assigned to the student to monitor and help.
Hybrid: This is a combination of the traditional and virtual. An example would be a student that wants to participate in band here on campus, but wants to do the rest of his/her classes online. Students will not be allowed to stay on campus during virtual class time. Transportation must be arranged by the parent.
This is a very short description so please either watch the video or view the powerpoint for more information. Then answer the question on the form. It will take approximately 2 minutes to complete, and it is required of all of our students.

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we have worked hard to develop a plan that focuses on the health and safety of our students and staff, and on delivering a high standard of learning for all students.
CPS re-entry plan "RETURN TO LEARN" will be available on our website and mobile app, THIS FRIDAY, July 17th. The plan is an outline of education options, new procedures, and enhanced safety protocols designed to meet the unique needs of our students, their families, and our teachers and staff. We will also provide a forum for feedback from our parents and stakeholders at that time.

The next ACT test to be given at Claremore High School will be on Saturday, September 19th. Online registration at www.actstudent.org begins July 27th.

Two announcements from the Grad Bash Committee.
The Grad Bash Committee gave every graduate a $50 gift card. Class of 2020 graduates that did not get the gift card may pick it up on Tuesday, July 7, 5-7 pm. Please drive by the 400 hall door and someone will bring it to your car.
