Congratulations to the Speech and Debate Club that went to the Muskogee Little Nationals Speech and Debate Tournament Saturday. Leanna Villalpando won 2nd place in Novice Dramatic Interpretation and Jay Robinson won 3rd place in Novice Prose against a very competitive field.

Senior Guys it's that time of year to start planning to show off your talent in the Mr. Claremore competition. If you are interested in competing in Mr. Claremore please see Mrs. Grace in room 101. The deadline to apply is Dec. 12th.

CAP & GOWN - If you have not yet ordered your cap and gown, Jostens will be returning to CHS on Monday January 9, 2023 during all three lunches, 10:45 am - 12:25 pm. This would be a good time for you to meet with Jostens if you need to place your order, have questions or are a member of JOM (the Native American Johnson-O'Malley program) to get your $30.00 discount. There is a form you will need to sign if you are a JOM member. You can come by my office to sign it or Jostens will have a copy you can sign on the 9th when they are here. You will not receive the discount if you order online but you can call Jostens at 918-664-254 (#2) and let them know you are a JOM member.

In the last two weeks, our Zebra Band has performed at Dickens On The Boulevard and the Claremore Christmas Parade. Tuesday, you can see them on stage at the Robson Performing Arts Center for the Annual Christmas Program beginning at 7pm.

Winter Ball is just around the corner! Mark your calendar for Friday evening, January 6th 2023 in the high school commons for this semi-formal dance. Tickets will be sold January 4th-6th during all lunches. Price per ticket will be $15 in advance, $20 at the door. Non CHS guests must be pre-approved. Guest forms will be due no later than December 12th and are now available outside room 611 or in the front office.
