Having someone to encourage and help CHS Seniors navigate the college application process can open the door for students to pursue a postsecondary education. Today is College App Day at CHS sponsored by GEAR UP. All seniors had the opportunity to receive hands-on assistance as they take the first big step toward continuing their education following high school.
GEAR UP also waives the application fee for Oklahoma colleges and universities this week. If you know of a senior that missed College App Day (Sept 26), please have them contact a GEAR UP team member. GEAR UP staff will be available on Thursday, Sept 28, in the Think Tank during ENCORE and the rest of the day in the library. On Friday, Sept 29, GEAR UP staff will be in the library. Free codes for college apps expire on Friday, Sept 29.
