Finding/Paying Fees in the Parent Portal
Your fees will be assigned to your parent portal account and can be found on the home page.
1 - Click on the Fees box to see the Fee assigned to your student, then Click “Add to Cart” to pay
2 - Fee Added to Cart for payment.
3 - Click on the Cart Icon to pay the fee.
4 - Select Payment Method and Submit Payment
5 - Receipt/Payment Confirmation
6 - Fees Page - $0 Balance
Setting Up Payment Method
1 - On the Home Screen, Click on the Wallet Icon
2 - Click “Payment Methods”
3 - Click “New”
4 - Enter ALL Required Information and Click “Save”
NOTE: Checking and Savings Accounts will incur a $0.35 transaction fee, Credit Card/Debit Cards will incur a $0.35 transaction fee and a 4.8% service fee

The Technology Device Policy and Procedures form has been sent to your Parent Portal.
1 - You MUST have a parent portal set up.
2 - Only one Technology Device Policy and Procedures form per student needs to be filled out.
3 - Complete the Meals Benefits Form (also called the Educational Benefits Form) to determine if you qualify for a lower Protection Plan Fee.
4 - A fee will be assigned to your parent portal within 24 hours of completing the Meals Benefits Form (also called the Educational Benefits Form) or if you indicate you are not completing a Meal Benefit Form within 24 hours of completing the Technology Device Policy and Procedures Form.

Schedules may be picked up in the CHS cafeteria on August 8th and 9th between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. There will be a QR code available to scan at pick up or you can click on the following link, https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1EVfMooCqTLpVgUh4vcTha_5vReY6_ZR95ppVsVqofzs/viewform?edit_requested=true, to request a schedule change.
The deadline to request schedule changes will be Thursday August 22nd at 3:30 p.m. Students will be notified by email after the request has been reviewed.
If you have not completed the online enrollment registration forms via your Infinite Campus Portal and need some assistance, the enrollment center is offering evening hours, August 8th, from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm. Computers, scanners, interpreters and people to help will all be available. Please bring the required documents. This registration process is very important as it will update your students emergency contact information, current address, phone number and email address and all medical information. NEW DATE SET: Tuesday, August 13th, 4pm-7pm. This is the last day to pick up JOM supplies. If you are new to the district, you must have a copy of the student’s tribal membership card and Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card to receive school supplies provided through JOM.
Seniors! It's not too late to buy your personalized parking spot for the school year 2024-2025. Parking spots are $50.00 and applications are available in the front office. Forms must be completed and the drawing approved before choosing a spot. All paintings must be completed by August 18th.

Yearbooks are in and ready to be picked up at the high school. The last pick up day before school begins will be this Wednesday, August 7th from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm. If you graduated in May, you may contact Ms. Warden at jwarden@claremore.k12.ok.us to schedule a pick up time. If you were unable to pick up your yearbook during scheduled pick up times, you may pick it up at back to school night, August 15th from 6pm-7:30pm.
