On this #wellnesswednesday, we want to stress the importance of safety for our morning bike riders. Here are some tips for ensuring your child is safe getting to school:
- Make sure your child wears a backpack or jacket with reflective material whenever riding to school.
- Talk to your children about the importance of following all of the rules of the road. Make sure they know what those rules are.
- Instruct your child to only ride on well-lit roads or stick to the sidewalks.

We LOVE to see our students excited about books!!
Once again, family and friends of our Kindergarten teachers came together to provide a book to every student once a month. Thank you, each and every person who donated to provide these students with books! It is truly one of the best investments you can make!

Our neighboring church, First Baptist, is always willing to support our school community. Their generosity to our teachers, students, and families has afforded our school a replacement laminator. This machine will benefit our classrooms greatly!
We want to extend our gratitude to First Baptist Church - You can be sure that teachers all over the building rejoiced - a working laminator is a BIG deal!

Pre-K loves puzzles!
Did you know: A puzzle teaches young children about the concept of a 'whole' and that each piece is a fraction of the bigger picture. It also helps develop basic skills such as shape recognition, concentration, goal setting, patience and a sense of achievement.
