Thanks to the work of Mrs. Keener, our music teacher, 2nd grade students had the opportunity to participate in a google meet with Angel Riley and Morgan Fisher from Opera Theatre St. Louis. This is after students were introduced to an opera that Ms. Fisher performed in. Students were able to submit questions for the meet in advance and got lots of wonderful information about being an opera singer and preparing to perform. They had a great time! #CPSZEBRAPRIDE

March is Youth Art Month! Youth Art Month is a celebration of the visual arts. The goal of Youth Art Month is to raise awareness of the importance of Art in schools and garner support from local and state officials, businesses and community leaders and even state and federal legislators.
