NOTICE SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST PROCEDURES Due to social distancing protocols in place, you will not be allowed to form lines inside/outside the counseling office to change your schedule. You will receive an email with a Google SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST form attached. Make sure you check the valid reasons for making schedule changes before submitting the form. IF we can make the change to your schedule without calling you to the counseling office, we will do so, and email you a copy. If we need to speak to you about the requested change we will send a note to call you out of class. Make sure you go to the class that is on your current schedule, not the one you want to go to, until you have been notified. ***Please do not go to the counseling office to change your schedule unless called in by a counselor.***

BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT AT CHS MEET THE TEACHER 6 - 7:30PM ★ To meet your teacher, go to the website staff directory and choose the Google Site link under their contact information. ★ Each teacher has created a video to welcome you to their classroom. ★ There will also be a link to a google meet located on the teacher site to actually talk to your teacher from 6:00-7:30 PM. ★ You will need to access google meet using a google account. All of the students have a google account that can be used. (If your password is not working, try Pass1234 and then reset to your password). DEVICE DISTRIBUTION PLANS - We are also starting the process for the devices the students will be receiving. ★ Please read the information that is provided through all of our communication platforms. You can also find it on our website or the link below. ★ We are accepting the Device Protection Plan fees starting Tuesday, as well. You will go to the Freshman Center Office to make your payment. They will remain open until 7:30PM. If you can not come Tuesday, you can come by that location during operating hours during the week. The technology department has reset student passwords to begin the year. If you have tried recently and have not been able to get into your email, use Pass1234 and then reset your password. You may need to update your Google account, as well.
