Parents and Students: Computer Laptops: All of our traditional and hybrid students will receive a computer laptop here at the high school, but two items have to be taken care of first. A Technology Responsible Use Agreement and a Protection Plan selection document must be signed, and for those choosing the protection plan, the money must be received. There are two choices on how to sign the document. Electronically. If you have chosen this method, please check to see if the student signature is there. This has been a hold up for many students. If you are having trouble with this, you may fill out the hardcopy that was given out to the students during ZAP on Friday and that will be fine. Link to Directions and electronic document Hardcopy. This is a two sided document that needs to be filled out, signed, and returned. You only have to choose one of these methods. We had a great first two days here, and that is because we have the best teachers and students. Wearing masks, social distancing, and going down one way halls is very different for all of us, but I appreciate your cooperation and respect for the safety of everyone. Virtual and Hybrid Students: Please check your school email for communication from your teacher. Again, all of your directions will be on your student school email and your Google Classroom. 🚩ZEBRA FANS Due to the uncertainty of the length of our sport's seasons, CPS will be splitting the student, adult, and family All-Sport passes into two seasons:🍂 fall and 🌻spring. 👪 Family passes are $100.00 up to five in the immediate household and $10.00 per person for each add on. Student and individual passes are $50.00 per season. These passes are good for all Junior High and High School home general admission - excluding tournaments, festivals, and play-offs. 🏈 Reserve football seats will be $50.00. Reserve seats and passes are non-refundable. → General Admission is $5.00 each for students and adults. → Passes may be purchased at the Athletic Office in the High School Gym. from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on weekdays. → All general admission and reserve seats will be socially distanced, and every other row utilized, your reserve seat may not be precisely last year's seat. NOTICE SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST PROCEDURES Due to social distancing protocols in place, you will not be allowed to form lines inside/outside the counseling office to change your schedule. You will receive an email with a Google SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST form attached. Make sure you check the valid reasons for making schedule changes before submitting the form. IF we can make the change to your schedule without calling you to the counseling office, we will do so, and email you a copy. If we need to speak to you about the requested change we will send a note to call you out of class. Make sure you go to the class that is on your current schedule, not the one you want to go to, until you have been notified. ***Please do not go to the counseling office to change your schedule unless called in by a counselor.***

BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT AT CHS MEET THE TEACHER 6 - 7:30PM ★ To meet your teacher, go to the website staff directory and choose the Google Site link under their contact information. ★ Each teacher has created a video to welcome you to their classroom. ★ There will also be a link to a google meet located on the teacher site to actually talk to your teacher from 6:00-7:30 PM. ★ You will need to access google meet using a google account. All of the students have a google account that can be used. (If your password is not working, try Pass1234 and then reset to your password). DEVICE DISTRIBUTION PLANS - We are also starting the process for the devices the students will be receiving. ★ Please read the information that is provided through all of our communication platforms. You can also find it on our website or the link below. ★ We are accepting the Device Protection Plan fees starting Tuesday, as well. You will go to the Freshman Center Office to make your payment. They will remain open until 7:30PM. If you can not come Tuesday, you can come by that location during operating hours during the week. The technology department has reset student passwords to begin the year. If you have tried recently and have not been able to get into your email, use Pass1234 and then reset your password. You may need to update your Google account, as well.
