A group of about 70 Oklahoma high school students gathered at the capitol on Wednesday to discuss statewide education solutions, like access to internet, college readiness programs, teacher retention, and mental health counseling. Claremore's Daley Reynolds was one of those students.
"Having a voice is something that's very empowering in general," said Daley Reynolds, a senior at Claremore High School. "To be that voice for Claremore has been really cool."

📚 THANK YOUR LIBRARIAN TODAY 📚
“A library is a good place to go when you feel unhappy, for there, in a book, you may find encouragement and comfort. A library is a good place to go when you feel bewildered or undecided, for there, in a book, you may have your question answered. Books are good company, in sad times and happy times, for books are people - people who have managed to stay alive by hiding between the covers of a book." [Letters of Note; Troy (MI, USA) Public Library, 1971]
― E.B. White
It's National Library Workers Day and we can't think of any better way to celebrate than to visit your school librarian and check out a book. I know they will have a recommendation for whatever you want to feel between the pages of a good book.
THANK YOU!!!
