Justine transferred to CHS in 2021 and has acclimated to the Zebra family by participating in her academics, activities, and athletics. She started her communications internship in her senior year. Follow CPS on INSTAGRAM! Over the next few weeks, we will have several students/teachers "takeover" the stories and show you what it's like to be a part of the Zebra Family! 4/6/2023 Zebra Families, At Claremore Public Schools (CPS), we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students above all else. We take all potential threats seriously and investigate them thoroughly. Last night, a report was made to the administration at Claremore High School, who immediately notified the Claremore Police Department (CPD) concerning a social media post. We are relieved to report that the CPD found no evidence of a threat toward our school, and the photo in question was from an incident that occurred in 2018 and was directed at a different high school in New Mexico. Nevertheless, in an abundance of caution, the CPD will increase its presence on our campus and provide additional security at CHS to help give our families peace of mind. We want to reassure our students, families, and community that we will continue doing everything possible to maintain a safe learning environment for all. Thank you to the Claremore Police Department for their swift actions.
