🔴 What advice you would give your freshman self? Don't take yourself too seriously. You don't have to be the best at everything, you just have to try your best. Learning is fun, so keep finding knowledge through your passion.
🔴 What has this journey taught you about yourself? I really do love learning, however, sometimes I let my competitive side get in the way of enjoying education. This journey taught me how to learn through my passion for knowledge, rather than wanting to be the best. When you start to love learning, learning becomes much easier and more fun.
🔴 Looking back on your school experience at CPS what does being a Zebra mean to you? Being a Zebra means being proud of yourself and your community. The Claremore Zebra community comes with the support of many individuals of all ages building each other up. I am so glad to have grown up in such a connected community that encourages me to be myself.

🔴 What staff member made the biggest impact on your life and how in junior high? My most impactful teacher at WRJH was Coach Knoke. He was my US history teacher and although I will not be studying history in the future, there are still many lessons of his I will take with me. He made every student feel valued and heard and was always there to cheer me up when he could tell I was down. He implemented important life lessons into the classroom that helped me mature and that I will carry with me through my life.
