🧑‍⚕️👨🏾‍⚕️👩🏻‍⚕️WHO DONE IT? 

Claremore High School's Biomed classes just concluded a 6-week module on forensic science.  Forensic science is closely related to the study of biology and human anatomy. CHS students work in all facets of forensic investigation. The "Anna G" case challenges the lab teams to solve the mystery of her death.   They conduct an extensive independent review of evidence including:

🔍Crime scene investigation: This includes learning to properly collect and analyze evidence, such as DNA, fingerprints, and blood spatter.

🦴Forensic anthropology: This involves studying skeletal remains to determine the identity of a victim, the cause of death, and other important information.

🔬Toxicology: This includes learning how drugs and poisons affect the human body and how to analyze samples to detect these substances.

🐛Forensic entomology: This involves studying insects found on a body to determine the time of death and other important information.

🤯Forensic psychology: This includes learning about the role of psychology in criminal investigations, such as profiling and eyewitness testimony.

⚖️Not to mention - teamwork, analytics, problem-solving, and the ability to defend their findings with facts, data, and deductive reasoning.
