We have a special shoutout this morning!!!
Ms. Toops class earned breakfast with the Principal!!!! This is a special honor that no other classes have earned this year or I think last year even.
They earned this award by having perfect attendance. Everyone in the class had to be not only present for the day but on time!!
Attendance awards:
12 days, extra recess
14 days, special treat
18 days, breakfast with principal
20 days, lunch with principal!
Attendance is so important!!! Not just to earn these treats but being on time for school really sets the tone for the entire day for your kids. We would love to be able to give away more treats, breakfasts and lunches this year!!!

On National Assistant Principal Day, let's give a round of applause to the wizard behind the scenes who turn school mayhem into magic every single day!
Mrs. Basks is such an asset to our team! She is such a hard worker and enjoys learning new things.

Our staff worked together to provide a luncheon for our paras to enjoy today!!
We also drew names throughout the day to surprise each of them with a gift. Our cafeteria staff also got each of our paras a box of Girl Scout cookies!!!

Today is School Librarian Day!!
National Librarian Day is a celebration of the unsung heroes of literature who keep the world turning, one page at a time. It's a day to honor those who don't just shush, but also inspire, guide, and ignite the flames of imagination in every reader they encounter. So, Mrs. James and Mrs. Couch, here's to you: may your stacks be ever organized, your coffee be forever hot, and your adventures within the pages never cease!
Mrs. James is a Rockstar. If you haven't heard her read to these kids you are missing out. She is amazing.
We can't forget Mrs. Couch. She filled in for Mrs. James earlier this year and has been such a blessing to us.

STEM club students were tasked to build a leprechaun trap out of anything that they could think of in the room. Their rule was that it had to be a trap that their leprechaun could fit inside of. Once they were done they had to explain how their trap works.
They all had a very unique take on how they wanted their trap to be!
