Claremore, OK—Claremore Public Schools is proud to announce Brooke Lee's appointment as the new Principal of Claremore High School, effective immediately. This appointment follows Dr. Hindenburg's recent promotion to Chief Financial Officer.

Brooke Lee brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic vision for the future of Claremore High School. With a proven track record of fostering academic excellence and a deep commitment to student success, Lee is poised to lead Claremore High School to new heights.

“We are thrilled to welcome Brooke Lee as the new Principal of Claremore High School,” said Superintendent Bryan Frazier. “Her dedication to education and her innovative approach to leadership make her the ideal candidate to guide our students and staff toward continued growth and achievement.”

Lee has been an integral part of the Claremore Public Schools family for ten years, most recently serving as Assistant Principal. Her leadership has been instrumental in implementing key initiatives that have enhanced the academic environment and student experience at Claremore High School. Among her significant accomplishments are winning the prestigious Milken Award and serving repeatedly on the committee to select the Oklahoma State Teacher of the Year.

Her vision aligns perfectly with our district’s core values of grit, innovation, purpose, community, and excellence.

“I am honored to step into this role and continue the tradition of excellence at Claremore High School,” said Lee. “My vision for Claremore High School is to cultivate an environment where safety is paramount, allowing every student to thrive intellectually, emotionally, and physically. Together with my staff, we will foster personal growth through tailored support and nurturing relationships. We will cultivate a culture of passion and purpose, encouraging students to discover and pursue their interests with determination and grit. We will strive for excellence in teaching and learning through collaboration and innovation, preparing students to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing world while fostering a strong sense of community and responsibility.”

Lee’s leadership style is collaborative and mission-oriented, characterized by solution-oriented and relational approaches. She plans to engage with students, teachers, and parents by building strong relationships, maintaining an open-door policy, genuinely listening to concerns and ideas, and providing timely feedback. Lee wants to ensure open communication and collaboration with parents and community members and will utilize various communication strategies moving forward.

Her motivation to pursue a career in education stems from a desire to make a difference in the lives of children, inspired by the influence of impactful teachers in her own life. This commitment continues to drive her to give students hope for their future. Lee’s most memorable experiences as an assistant principal include working with students to navigate difficult life situations, which will influence her approach as principal.

This alignment with the district's mission to increase student learning and achievement and the vision that all students will have the options to provide evidence of their learning and gain the skills and attitudes to succeed and achieve their post-secondary dreams is central to Lee's approach. Her commitment to these principles will help raise student achievement for all students, close the achievement gap, provide educational equity, and ensure a safe educational environment.

Please join us in congratulating Brooke Lee on her new role and Dr. Hindenburg on his promotion. Claremore Public Schools is excited about the future and confident in the leadership that will guide us forward.
