STEPS FOR DEVICE DISTRIBUTION

Please read and follow ALL the directions so you will be ready to pick up your device,

STEP - 1

Read the Acceptable Use Policy & Procedures

If you do not have the internet or cannot fill out paperwork:

  • Elementary – fill out during scheduled appt w/ Meet the Teacher. 

  • WRJH - complete during class schedule pick up or before.

  • CHS – complete during class schedule pick up or before.

Complete the Education Benefits Program Form

If you complete the form and qualify for Free or Reduced services, please get in touch with your administrator for a reduced rate.

PAYMENT

Credit/Debit Card: Not available at this time. Coming soon through Campus Pay.
Cash/Check: bring a check or the correct amount of cash to your school of record.

  • VIRTUAL- to pick up your device during your scheduled time.  

  • ELEMENTARY - to your scheduled Meet The Teacher appointment time.

  • WRJH - may be made in the office at WRJH.

  • CHS - may be sent with your student and given to their ZAP Advisor, or if they are not available, payment can be made at the front office. The new front off Stuart Roosa in the Innovation Center.

DEVICE DISTRIBUTION

  • VIRTUAL—CVS students will need to schedule an appointment online through the Technology Department. They can pick up the device and make payment at Claremore Public Schools Administration Building, 102 W 10th Street, Claremore, OK. 

  • ELEMENTARY - Students will receive their devices at school.

  • WRJH - Students will receive their devices at school.

  • CHS - Students will receive their devices through their ZAP Advisor in August.
