Step 1: Make an appointment to return the device and charger. https://googlecalendarappointmentforDeviceReturn

Step 2: Gather the device and charger for the appointment.

Step 3: Arrive at the CPS Administration Building, located at 102 W 10th St, Claremore, OK 74017 at your appointment time.  Enter on the south side of the building - Crutchfield Center.

Step 4: Check in at the front desk.

Step 5: A school official will visually inspect the device for damage or needed repairs.

Step 6: Based on the inspection results, individuals will complete the process or make arrangements to pay CPS for lost or damaged chargers or devices.
