πŸ€What is your coaching/teaching philosophy?

My coaching philosophy is to improve every player. No matter what level, my coaches and I evaluate and motivate each player to reach team and individual goals.

πŸ€What are you most proud of in your career as a coach/teacher?

When I see a former player or student, they express how I positively affected them as student-athletes and their futures.

πŸ€What are the first five things you want to accomplish as you begin your career at CPS?

  • Establish a positive environment that guides students and players to become strong and responsible adults.

  • Return to a winning culture and give the girls something they want to be a part of.

  • Grow as a teacher/coach/person by learning from my peers and students/athletes.

  • Become a memorable part of the community.

  • Win State!

πŸ€Why did you want to come to Claremore / be a Zebra?

The high level of enthusiasm was apparent from the moment I stepped on campus.  The community support was an important factor as well. I am looking forward to a productive career in Claremore, on the court and in the classroom.

πŸ€What do you think are the five most important qualities to have as a coach/teacher?

  • Love for the game

  • Patience

  • Listening/communication skills

  • Motivator

  • Commitment

πŸ€What are you looking for in your players?

The perfect player is coachable and a good teammate. They constantly try to become better players by pushing themselves and being students of the game. I am looking for a player with a good attitude, effort, and coachability.
