🔴What advice would you give your freshman self? It is not that serious. Reach out, make friends, and keep working hard- you'll be alright. Oh, and take Pre-Engineering!

🔴What has this journey taught you about yourself? This journey taught me to get involved! I've never regretted taking the initiative and putting myself out there.

🔴What were the hardest challenges you had to overcome to achieve this honor? Deadlines: I am always battling procrastination and have had to learn how to overcome it.

🔴What are you most proud of in your high school career? My ACT scores, especially in English.

🔴Looking back on your school experience at CPS, what does being a Zebra mean to you? Being a Zebra means being part of a team that always has each other's backs.

🔴What elementary staff member made the biggest impact on your life, and how? My Claremont bus driver, Ms. Glenna, was a ray of sunshine. I remember she was reliable and always had a basket of candy for students on Fridays.

🔴What junior high staff member impacted your life most, and how? WRJH staff member Mrs. Lee held great class discussions, explained things well, and helped me to love English. It's great to see her these days as a CHS principal, too!

🔴What high school staff member impacted your life most, and how? CHS staff member Mr. Riggs taught me that the medical field was cool. It's rare that one teacher can spark a lifelong passion for a subject, but I haven't looked back ever since taking Human Body Systems.

🔴What activities have you been involved in? AP/Pre-AP Programs, Marching Band, Career Development, SAGA, Knitting Club, and Chemistry Club

🔴What is the one thing you will absolutely take with you through your future endeavors? A blender, smoothies are great!
