You might be familiar with Westside's "Westie Besties" where each class has a buddy class to support and encourage throughout the year. Ms. Pilant invited Ms. Barbee's kindergartners to come look and learn all about third grades Native American projects! (Check back later to see more on those projects)

Pre-k students had their very own "Friendsgiving". Students got to write compliments each other on place mats for them to use at home. Each student also got to pass out some of their favorite things to their friends and thanked each other for their friendship. Way to exemplify kindness and lead the way with friendship, pre-k! ♥️👍🏻🫶🏻
