Johnson O’Malley Program (JOM)

The Claremore Public Schools Johnson O’Malley Program (JOM) is designed to provide support for Native American students from pre-Kindergarten through twelfth grades who are recognized as being eligible for services. (This means the student must have their own CDIB card.)
Does My Child Qualify for the JOM Program?
The Johnson O’Malley (JOM) Program is a supplemental educational program funded by the bureau of Indian Affairs. The program is designed to meet the specialized and unique needs of Native American students attending public schools.
For a student to qualify for the JOM program:

- Student must have their own CDIB (Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood) Card. If Cherokee, the student must also have a “blue” card in their name.
